What does it cost to file a beneficial ownership declaration?

Short answerCIPC does not charge a fee to file the beneficial ownership declaration. The annual return, which needs a current declaration first, does have a CIPC fee, set by the company's turnover. If you use a service, you pay for the work. FilingFlowSA charges R499: the declaration, plus the annual return and its standard CIPC fee for companies with turnover under R1 million a year.
